Basic Voice Perio Guide

Before using Voice Perio, you need to select the Patient manually

1. "Start" - will create a new perio charting record.
2. Continuous charting - chart measurement numbers in triplets [1, 2, 1].
3. "Repeat" - repeat triplet
4. Jump to
   1. "Jump " - jump to teeth within current side (facial/lingual) to mesial surface.
   2. "Jump facial | lingual" - jump to teeth to selected side.
5. "Undo" - cancel the last command
6. "Pause" - pause voice input until it is resumed
7. "Resume”, "Continue" - continue voice input if it was paused (you can use any of the commands)

8. Bleeding

   💡 Note: For all condition commands, you can say the additional details (surfaces, severity, etc.) before or after saying the tooth number

   1. "Bleeding on " - record condition on all 6 surfaces of the tooth
   2. "Bleeding on facial | lingual | buccal" ****- record condition on 3 surfaces of the tooth from one side
   3. "Bleeding on distal | mesial" - record condition on 2 surfaces (distal or mesial) of the tooth on both sides
   4. "Bleeding on facial distal" - record condition on 1 surface (distal or mesial) on one side
   5. "Bleeding on all" - record condition on all teeth
   6. "Bleeding on quadrant " - record condition on certain quadrant
   7. "Bleeding on sextant " - record condition on certain sextant
9. Suppuration
   1. "Suppuration on " - record condition on all 6 surfaces of the tooth
   2. "Suppuration on facial | lingual | buccal" ****- record condition on 3 surfaces of the tooth from one side
   3. "Suppuration on distal | mesial" ****- record condition on 2 surfaces (distal or mesial) of the tooth on both sides
   4. "Suppuration on facial distal" - record condition on 1 surface (distal or mesial) on one side
   5. "Suppuration on all" - record condition on all teeth
   6. "Suppuration on quadrant " - record condition on certain quadrant
   7. "Suppuration on sextant " - record condition on certain sextant
10. Furcation
    1. "Furcation on grade 1 | 2 | 3 | 4" - record condition on all 6 surfaces of the tooth
    2. "Furcation on grade 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 facial | lingual | buccal" ****- record condition on 3 surfaces of the tooth from one side
    3. "Furcation on grade 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 distal | mesial" ****- record condition on 2 surfaces (distal or mesial) of the tooth on both sides
    4. "Furcation on grade 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 facial distal" ****- record condition on 1 surface (distal or mesial) on one side
    5. "Furcation on all grade 1 | 2 | 3 | 4" - record condition on all teeth
    6. "Furcation on quadrant grade 1 | 2 | 3 | 4" - record condition on certain quadrant
    7. "Furcation on sextant grade 1 | 2 | 3 | 4" - record condition on certain sextant
11. Plaque
    1. "Plaque on light | medium | severe" - record condition on both sides of the tooth
    2. "Plaque on all light | medium | severe" - record condition on all teeth
    3. "Plaque on quadrant light | medium | severe" - record condition on certain quadrant
    4. "Plaque on sextant light | medium | severe" - record condition on certain sextant
12. Mobility
    1. "Mobility on 1 | 2 | 3" - record condition on the tooth
    2. "Mobility on all 1 | 2 | 3" - record condition on all teeth
    3. "Mobility on quadrant 1 | 2 | 3" - record condition on certain quadrant
    4. "Mobility on sextant 1 | 2 | 3" - record condition on certain sextant
13. "Save chart" - to save the result

Best practices

1. Sometimes AI makes false predictions due to background noise. If you turn the volume down on your microphone, you can avoid these mistakes. However, don't forget to turn the volume back up when you want to use it!
2. We recommend that you inform the patient to listen to these numbers, and we will speak afterwards. That way their speech doesn't interfere with the system while you're charting
